Medical Emergencies Course for General Practitioners

A half day afternoon course offering simulated skills training to help doctors to prepare for an unexpected emergency.

The Academic GP Fellows, Institute of Population Medicine and the Institute of Primary Care and Public Health and the Department of Anaesthetics, Intensive Care and Pain Medicine are collaborating to run a half-day  Simulation Course for General Practitioners. This is an informal simulation course which will help GPs practise their skills on managing medical emergencies in general practice.

Course Fee:   £100 (including lunch and refreshments)

Course Location:  The Bill Mapleson Centre. If travelling by train it is a 5 minute walk from PENRHIWCEIBER train Station.  The address is: The Bill Mapleson Centre, Cynon Valley Business Park, Mountain Ash, Mid Glamorgan. CF45 4ER.  Free parking is available at the Bill Mapleson Centre
